Change occurs not when we are ready and waiting, but when we least expect it, when we are vulnerable, when we are at our lowest, in the darkest recesses of our very beings. These winds are great, a welcome sign that change is in the air. But sometimes they blow a little too hard. Ok, I get it. I asked for change, now you’re giving it to me. But not at a hundred miles an hour from every different direction! Change is supposed to be a gradual process, not a sudden, raging tornado! One step at a time please.
